Joanne completely sees through school medicine.
Soemtimes your GP may not be successful with his ointments and pills, but the answer to shingles and many other illnesses may lie in nature!
And she is so right by saying that attitude and immune system need to be strengthened: something our GPs don’t really seem to do….

I got shingles when …
I got shingles when I was 20 on the left side of my face on my cheek. I thought it was a pimple but then a week later, more came and I started feeling: dizzy, migraines, disorientation, extreme hot and cold flashes, nausea, very weak and immobilized. Then the “pimples” started hurting and I could literally feel my flesh dying underneath. It left a couple of scars on my face and the nerves under are dead. My immune system got low from sleeping too much and not being active. Very, very painful!

i had it at 11 too …
i had it at 11 too n it also went away but they said it was the worst case they’d ever seen

i had shingles whn a was 11 but it went away an i never had any pain or bother and tht was without any medicine
