this is misleading …
this is misleading information to an extent, well-nourished people can and do get shingles. It is not known what triggers the response in around 20% of the worlds population who have had chicken pox. A run-down immune system certainly wouldn’t help, but it is definately not the whole story. This is simplistic and doesn’t represent the true complexity of the situation

I never wish anything on anybody, but perhaps sometimes you should try to get shingles and theb see what you will try. And guess what … it does work. By the way, many snake oils are very healthy!!!
